Healing crisis

Just believe that only what you are able to integrate

will be present for you today.

What is healing crisis?

I wanted to write this article today because I had to go through several healing crises.

The first, not being prepared, or sufficiently documented on the subject, confused me a little, when the others, first suffered, then understood and accepted to better integrate them.

I will talk about the crises that can be triggered during energy care, in the presence or at a distance.

Right after the treatment, our energy is reactivated and we feel stimulated, while everything seems to be going better, it is common for the days that follow to set in a 'detox' of our physical body.

We can meet the following symptoms more or less pronounced

  • Tired

  • Aches

  • Fever

  • Nausea

  • Headache

  • Sweat

  • Frequent urination

  • Various pains

  • Changing mood

Contrary to what our reason tells us at the time.

“The therapist is not competent, I am worse off than before, I shouldn't have…. "

Rest assured, this is good news !!!

Your body is cleaning up.

How or why?

  • By freeing everything you no longer need from your cells,

  • Trauma

  • Briefs

  • Family line

  • Previous lives etc ...

  • This is a purification, the body will release all these toxins into the organism, so it will take some time to evacuate them naturally.

  • Often the digestive system must be stimulated to facilitate evacuation.

  • For my part, I link the digestive system to beliefs, so when we feel unwell after a treatment, part of us may doubt the merits, so we face "A crisis of faith”

How to integrate this crisis?

  • First of all, be aware of it and welcome it.

  • Slow down your pace and take care of yourself.

  • Allow yourself to be vulnerable.

  • Eat lightly.

  • Drink a lot, herbal teas, tea, water ...

  • Rest

  • talk to your therapist who will be able to guide you.

And above all be aware that you will be much better, a door opens on something else….
